HJ5631 High-speed Single/Dual Channel Optocoupler
HJ5631 is a single/dual channel fully sealed high-speed optocoupler circuit. Each channel consists of a CaAsP light-emitting diode and a coupled photodetector amplifier circuit. The photodetector output circuit includes a comparator amplifier and a Schottky clamp for anti-saturation open-collector output, thus the circuit features high current transfer ratio and switching speed. The operating temperature range is -55 to +125℃. Among them, HJ5601 has an enable pin to control the output function.

Using CSOP08B purple ceramic surface mount and D08S2 ceramic dual-row package; HJ5631 uses D08S2 ceramic dual-row package, see Figure 53 and Figure 1.
