Shaanxi Hangjing Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the Jiangong Science and Technology Industrial Park of Xi'an Aerospace Industry Base. It is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the design, development, production, and service of thick film hybrid integrated circuits and semiconductor integrated circuits. It has a testing center with national military standard product testing, aging screening, and environmental testing capabilities.

The company has more than 6000 square meters of industrial plants, including over 2000 square meters of Class 10000 clean areas. The company currently has more than 100 employees, including a management team with rich product management experience and a product research and development team of over 30 people, including 3 experts who enjoy special allowances from the State Council. Since its establishment 24 years ago, Hangjing Company has developed products with strong impact resistance, radiation resistance, anti-static (ESD ≥ 4000V), surge resistance, and high temperature resistance (up to 225 ℃) based on its profound understanding of microelectronic devices and mature and perfect processing technology. The company's research and development capabilities and product quality are at the advanced level in the domestic industry. It has developed and produced thousands of high-performance integrated circuits for hundreds of units in industries such as aviation, aerospace, electronics, weapons, ships, and oil drilling, and provided excellent technical services, establishing long-term cooperative relationships.

In the field of space applications, more than 10 products have been applied to small satellites; In the field of driving, multiple high-voltage and high-power motor driving modules have been successfully developed and widely used in the aviation and unmanned aerial vehicle fields; In the field of resource exploration, we have created a domestic record of long-term stable operation of series circuits such as operational amplifiers, drivers, and power supplies in deep well environments; Multiple high-precision weak magnetic measurement modules independently developed are widely used in systems such as speed measurement, gamma measurement, pitch angle measurement, and attitude control. Currently, they have served many fields such as aerospace, aviation, weapons, and petroleum. The HJAF3000HT quartz flexible accelerometer, which has completely independent intellectual property rights, has withstood long-term working tests in an 8000 meter ultra deep well environment, setting a new record for domestic meter addition. The company has developed dozens of long-life, highly reliable, 225 ℃ high temperature resistant, and harsh electrical environment resistant products to meet the special requirements of large companies such as PetroChina and CNOOC in the field of logging.
