HJ6651 High-Speed Four-Channel Optocoupler
HJ6651 is a four-channel fully sealed high-speed optocoupler circuit. Each channel consists of a CaAsP light-emitting diode and a coupled photodetector amplifier circuit. The photodetector circuit includes a comparator amplifier and a Schottky clamp for anti-saturation open-collector output, thus the circuit features high current transfer ratio and switching speed. The operating temperature range is -55 to +125℃.
