HJ5601 High-Speed Single/Dual Channel Optocoupler
HJ5601/HJ5631 are single/dual channel fully sealed high-speed optocoupler circuits. Each channel consists of a CaAsP light-emitting diode and a coupled photodetector amplifier circuit. The photodetector output circuit includes a comparator amplifier and a Schottky clamp to prevent saturation, thus the circuit features high current transfer ratio and switching speed. The operating temperature range is -55 to +125℃. Among them, HJ5601 has an enable pin to control the output function.
