HJ3485 is a low-power transceiver for RS-485 and RS-422 communication used in harsh environments with a 3.3V power supply. It includes a driver and a receiver, both of which are protected to prevent ±15KV electrostatic discharge (ESD) impacts and do not experience latch-up effects. The transmission rate of HJ3485 can reach up to 10Mbps. The driver is limited by short-circuit current and is protected from excessive power consumption by a thermal shutdown circuit, which places the driver output in a high-impedance state. The receiver input has fail-safe functionality, ensuring a logic high output if the input is open. HJ3485 is commonly used in low-power RS-485 transceivers, low-power RS-422 transceivers, level shifters, industrial control local area networks, etc. It can replace MAX3485, and this product has achieved full localization.
