HJ1050/HJ1050A is an isolated CAN transceiver that integrates all necessary CAN receive and transmit circuits as well as complete electrical isolation circuits for the CAN bus. The main function of the device is to convert the logic levels of the CAN controller into differential levels for the CAN bus, with an isolation capability of DC 2500V and ESD protection. HJ1050/HJ1050A serves as a circuit between the CAN controller and the CAN bus. The baud rate range for the CAN bus is from 40kbps to 1Mbps, fully compliant with ISO11898 standards. It is mainly used in power monitoring, petrochemicals, automotive electronics, instrumentation, and more. HJ1050 uses a metal dual in-line module package. HJ1050A uses a fully sealed shallow cavity metal package with a height of only 4.1mm, offering good sealing performance and high mechanical strength to meet the demands of high impact and complex electromagnetic environments.
