The HJ004 dual-channel full-wave precision phase-sensitive demodulator is made using thick film technology and contains two parallel HJ002 units. Each channel consists of two independent differential amplifiers, a precision comparator, and an analog switch. It can convert amplitude-modulated signals into full-wave rectified voltage and identify the phase of the input signal. The magnitude and polarity of the output DC voltage depend on the product of the amplitude of the input AC signal and the cosine of the phase difference between the input signal and the reference signal, independent of the amplitude of the reference signal. It features low zero-offset error voltage (typical value is 1-2mV), wide bandwidth (greater than 100kHz), small temperature drift (typical value is 10μV/°C), low power consumption, few external components, and high integration, making it suitable for use in systems such as carrier suppression modulators, synchronous detectors, phase detectors, phase-sensitive demodulators, and lock-in amplifiers.
