HJ003 single-chip integrated circuit is a full-wave phase-sensitive rectifier amplifier. It uses transistors as switching elements in a full-wave phase-sensitive demodulator, capable of simultaneously generating square wave voltage, converting input AC signals into DC signals through full-wave rectification, and identifying the phase of the input signal. The magnitude and polarity of the output DC voltage depend on the product of the amplitude of the input AC signal and the cosine of the phase difference between the input signal and the reference signal, independent of the amplitude of the reference signal. By using this device, it can cleverly replace transformers, choppers, and amplifiers, achieving full integration for phase-sensitive demodulators, thus demonstrating advantages such as lightweight, compact size, high reliability, easy adjustment, and small zero error. This device can be widely used in automatic control systems, analog systems, and thermal measurement instruments.
