The HJ42119 series high-temperature positive and negative dual voltage regulator is a thick film integrated five-terminal voltage regulator designed for high-temperature environments. The circuit consists of a high-voltage dielectric isolated operational amplifier, power adjustment transistor, constant current source, temperature compensation reference source, and current limiting protection network. It overcomes the drawbacks of large parasitic capacitance and significant leakage in parasitic diodes found in monolithic integrated regulators. The improved thick film integration process avoids the issue of gold-aluminum bonding easily forming 'purple spots' at high temperatures, enhancing the long-term reliability of the device in high-temperature environments. The output voltage can be selected from ±5 to ±24V, with a maximum operating temperature reaching 200°C. This series of devices can be widely used in harsh environments such as oil well logging and programmable power supplies.
