HJ4426/HJ4427/HJ4428 is an improved driver that will not experience latch-up effects within the specified power and voltage range. The device will not be damaged even in the presence of noise peak voltages of any polarity exceeding 5V on the local line. The output terminal can withstand a reverse current of 500 mA without damage or logical change. All lead terminals have electrostatic protection measures, with an electrostatic discharge threshold voltage exceeding 4kV. Whether the output is high or low, HJ4426/HJ4427/HJ4428 can provide a very low impedance to drive a 1000pF capacitive load at high speed within 30 ns.
