On the morning of June 29, the Shaanxi Semiconductor Pilot Technology Center organized a training seminar on the technology of "Silicon Carbide Module Device Packaging and Application." This seminar gathered key personnel engaged in the third-generation semiconductor industry within Shaanxi Province. Participants came from relevant units involved in silicon carbide device design, packaging testing, and application, including the Pilot Center, Xi'an Electric Power System Company, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Factory 115, and CRRC Yongdian. The company's general manager Wang Kuanhou was invited to give a keynote speech. Mr. Wang has 10 years of experience in silicon carbide product application research and development, and several products he led the development of have been widely used in the defense and petroleum industries.
During the seminar, Mr. Wang shared his unique technical insights based on over ten years of experience in silicon carbide application development and provided a detailed introduction to some design considerations arising from the advantages and disadvantages of silicon carbide devices. After the seminar, Mr. Wang engaged in in-depth communication with participants to discuss technical pain points encountered during design development and application processes. This seminar effectively enhanced communication within the silicon carbide industry chain in Shaanxi Province.
