The HJ80A×× series is a five-terminal fixed output positive and negative dual regulator, realized using thick film integrated technology. The use of BeO substrate effectively reduces thermal resistance. The entire series offers eight common output voltages: ±5V, ±6V, ±8V, ±9V, ±12V, ±15V, ±18V, and ±24V, with an output current of up to ±1A. The circuit includes overcurrent protection, overheat protection, and adjustment tube safe operating area protection, as well as added reverse polarity protection. Compared to similar circuits, it requires fewer external components, is more convenient to use, safe and reliable, and saves installation space. It is mainly used in electronic systems that require dual power supply with high precision and matching for positive and negative output voltage.
