The HJ7555 semiconductor integrated circuit is a 555 series general-purpose timer, using standard CMOS technology. The HJ7555 can provide precise time delays and frequencies, with very low power consumption and peak supply current. When the chip is used as a trigger delay, the time delay is precisely controlled by a single external resistor and capacitor. In stable mode, the oscillation frequency and duty cycle are precisely set by two external resistors and one capacitor. It is mainly used in fields such as pulse generators, precise timing, delay generation, and pulse width modulation. It can replace ICM7555 to achieve comprehensive localization.
