HJ395A is a thick film integrated circuit that utilizes the built-in 485 half-duplex protocol of DSP or uP to achieve data communication between underground instruments through power line carrier. The circuit integrates pulse transmission and pulse reception, effectively enabling communication between instruments, and is simple and convenient to use. The transmission part of the circuit consists of a pulse conversion module and a long line driving module; the receiving part consists of an operational amplifier, comparator, and RS flip-flop. The amplification factor of the operational amplifier can be adjusted by an external resistor, and the threshold point of the comparator can also be adjusted by an external resistor, making it flexible and widely applicable. The improved thick film integration process avoids defects such as 'purple spots' that easily occur during gold-aluminum bonding at high temperatures, enhancing the long-term reliability of the device in high-temperature environments. The circuit features low voltage and low power consumption, using ±5V power supply. It is suitable for short-distance communication between instruments, with a recommended transmission distance of less than 200 meters.
