HJ202B is a thick film integrated circuit suitable for operation in high-temperature environments, which includes a full-wave rectifier average circuit and a precision instrumentation amplifier. The precision instrumentation amplifier has very low input offset voltage and input offset voltage temperature drift coefficient, with gain adjustable from 1 to 10000 through an external resistor. The full-wave rectifier circuit made with high-performance operational amplifiers features low zero output voltage and good linearity. An external feedback resistor can adjust the amplification factor of the rectifier circuit. Special process technology ensures that this device can operate at temperatures above 175°C.
