The HJ1117 series is a completely independent low dropout three-terminal linear voltage regulator, with an input-output voltage difference of 1.4V at a load current of 800mA. The HJ1117 provides four fixed output voltages: 1.5V, 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V, and features current limiting and thermal shutdown protection to ensure the stability of the chip and power system. Additionally, it uses fine-tuning technology to ensure the output voltage accuracy is within 1%. The output terminal requires at least a 10uF tantalum capacitor to improve transient response and stability.
