The HJ095 series negative voltage regulator is a thick film integrated three-terminal regulator designed for high-temperature environments. The circuit consists of a high-voltage dielectric isolated operational amplifier, power adjustment transistor, constant current source, temperature compensation reference source, anti-reverse diode, and current limiting protection network. It avoids the disadvantages of large parasitic capacitance and significant leakage from parasitic diodes found in monolithic integrated regulators. The improved thick film integration process prevents the formation of 'purple spots' due to gold-aluminum bonding at high temperatures, enhancing the long-term reliability of the device in high-temperature environments. The housing is made of F2 purple copper, effectively reducing the thermal resistance of the device. The output voltage can be selected from -5V to -30V, with a maximum output current of up to 1.5A and a maximum operating temperature reaching 200°C. Its long-term reliability and surge resistance at high temperatures far exceed that of Beckman's 42095 series circuits and can be directly replaced with them. This series of devices can be widely used in harsh environments such as oil logging and programmable power supplies.
