The HJ50XX series is a low-noise, ultra-low drift, ultra-high precision reference voltage source that can output reference voltages of 2.048V/2.5V/3.0V/4.096V/4.5V/5.0V/10.0V. The HJ50XX can both absorb and provide current, and it has good linearity and load regulation. It achieves excellent temperature drift (8ppm/℃) and high precision (±0.05%), making it very suitable for high-precision data acquisition systems, semiconductor testing equipment, pressure and temperature transmitters, optical control systems, and precision instruments, etc. It can replace REF50XX, and this product has been fully localized.
