HJ0002 is a power amplifier (buffer) with a voltage gain of 1. It is realized using an improved thick film integration process, overcoming the disadvantages of large parasitic effects and high leakage current in monolithic integration, thus avoiding the occurrence of the 'purple spot' effect. It features high input impedance, wide frequency band, large output swing, and a wide operating temperature range. It is used for power amplification in conjunction with general linear and nonlinear components, serving as a precision current source, high-speed D/A converter, or circuit terminal driving power amplifier. HJ0002 adopts a fully sealed metal package and can operate stably for long periods in high-temperature environments up to 200°C. The pin arrangement and functions of HJ0002 are the same as those of LH0002, allowing for direct interchangeability. It can be widely used in various automatic control, communication, and exploration measurement equipment.
