HJ611 is a monolithic instrumentation amplifier designed specifically for high-temperature working environments. It includes a high-temperature programmable instrumentation amplifier that operates on a single power supply, a high-voltage voltage regulator, a 5V reference voltage source, and a temperature-sensitive diode. The programmable gain setting can be configured to over 40 points. The high-voltage voltage regulator extends the power supply voltage range. The temperature-sensitive diode can be used for temperature measurement and compensation. This device is manufactured using SOI technology, featuring very low leakage current and capable of long-term continuous reliable operation at high temperatures.
