The HJ2340 rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier is optimized for low voltage and single supply operation. Its rail-to-rail input and output, along with high-speed operation, make it an ideal choice for driving sampling analog-to-digital converters, making it very suitable for communication and audio applications, providing I/V conversion at the output of digital and analog (D/A) converters. It can operate on a single supply as low as 2.5V, with a common mode input voltage range from -500mV to +500mV relative to ground and the output voltage variation under a 100kΩ load is within 1mV. The device offers excellent dynamic response (BW=5.5MHz, SR=6V/μs), while the static current is only 750μA. It can replace OPA2340 and has achieved full localization.
