HJ2620 is a medium-isolated operational amplifier with very high input impedance, internal compensation, excellent AC bandwidth characteristics, low input offset voltage, and low input offset current. When the closed-loop gain is greater than 5, it can reliably and stably operate with a gain bandwidth product greater than 100MHz. This device can be widely used in video amplifiers, RF amplifiers, pulse amplifiers, high-Q active filters, high-speed comparators, and in high-temperature environments. The maximum operating ambient temperature of HJ2620 reaches 200℃, and its pin arrangement and functions are the same as HA2620, allowing for direct replacement.
