The HJ824 high-temperature power amplifier is a fully metal-sealed power amplifier with a voltage gain of 1 (with output current limiting). It is realized using an improved thick film integration process, overcoming the disadvantages of large parasitic effects and high leakage in monolithic integration, thus avoiding the occurrence of the 'purple spot' effect. It features a wide frequency band, large output swing, and a broad operating temperature range. It is used for power amplification in conjunction with general linear and nonlinear components, serving as voltage integration, combination amplifiers, and circuit terminal driving power amplifiers. It can be widely applied in various automatic control, communication, and exploration equipment. This product can operate stably for a long time in high-temperature environments up to 200°C. Its airtightness and output capability are superior to Beckman823.
