HJ269 is used for the output circuit of sending instructions, capable of driving relays or high current inductive loads. This circuit has four identical channels, each consisting of two input decoding controls and a series output driving circuit. During application, two (or three) channels can be used in parallel to form four redundancies (or a voter). When any one of the driving transistors in T3 or T4 fails (whether open or short), the system can still operate normally, eliminating single point failure modes. It is mainly applied in high-reliability military electronic systems, significantly improving system reliability. Since this device is a power driving circuit, it also has wide applications in industrial and civilian fields.
