HJ4307 is a three-phase MOSFET bridge pulse driver that uses an improved thick film integration process technology. It integrates various functions such as intelligent integrated gate drive control, current detection circuit, pressure detection circuit, bias circuit, and three-phase MOSFET bridge into one unit. It has a high motor power supply voltage greater than 100V and a current output capability of 3A, avoiding the occurrence of the 'purple spot' effect at high temperatures. Protection features include overcurrent and undervoltage lockout protection. The device uses electrically isolated metal fully sealed packaging, which has very low thermal resistance, allowing for direct mounting on a heat sink without the need for insulating pads. This device can be widely used in applications such as three-phase brushless DC motor servo control, servo action control, directional autopilot control, and three-phase AC motor induction motor control.
