HJ4301 is a three-phase MOSFET bridge pulse driver, using hybrid integrated circuit technology, consisting of intelligent integrated gate drive control and protection circuits as well as a three-phase MOSFET bridge. It has a motor power supply voltage of 75V and a current output capability of 29A. It features comprehensive protection functions, including undervoltage lockout protection, cross-conduction control, and programmable dead-time control circuits to eliminate conduction. Additionally, the enable control can turn off the bridge output. This device uses an electrically isolated metal fully sealed package with very low thermal resistance, allowing direct mounting on heat sinks without the need for insulating pads. The device can be widely used in applications such as three-phase brushless DC motor servo control, servo action control, directional autopilot control, three-phase AC motor induction motor control, and high-voltage AC compressor control. It is a plug-and-play replacement for MSK4301.
