HJU122A is a high-temperature, precision, single/dual power ground load DC constant current source made using thick film integrated circuit technology, and it also functions as a V/I converter. It integrates a precision reference voltage source, two precision wideband operational amplifiers, and multiple precision matched resistor pairs (with relative matching error ≤ 0.1‰). It features adjustable output current, strong dynamic output capability, and a wide frequency range, with a maximum operating temperature of 160°C. Flexible applications: it can directly use the internal voltage reference of the device or connect external AC or DC voltage signals as per customer requirements, capable of outputting DC or AC drive currents in the range of 0.1~20mA. It can be widely used in electromechanical systems such as resistance-inductance ground load type displays, scanning, servo control, or remote data acquisition.
