HJ5B40A/B Isolation Amplifier

HJ5B40A is a fully isolated amplifier developed based on the thorough absorption and digestion of the imported 5B40, combined with advancements in integrated circuits and the existing engineering experience of Hangjing Microelectronics. It employs proprietary modulation and demodulation technology, as well as analog PID control, significantly enhancing product quality consistency and reliability. This product is designed to isolate and amplify weak signals in complex electromagnetic environments, capable of high-fidelity isolation and amplification of signals ranging from -100mV to +100mV into an output of -5V to +5V. Isolation withstand voltage ≥2000V, common-mode transient immunity ≥25KV/uS. Non-linearity ≤±0.02% full scale, input impedance ≥200MΩ (powered on) 100KΩ (powered off), cutoff frequency ≥10KHz, dimensions L*W*H=(51.4*38*14.9) cubic millimeters. The HJ5B40A isolated amplifier provides an analog input channel that amplifies, isolates the input signal, and converts it into a high-level analog voltage output. The voltage output is controlled by a logic switch, allowing the module to share an analog bus without needing an external multiplexer. The input, output, and power supply terminals of this module are completely isolated. The output is influenced by the enable terminal; if output is needed, connect the output enable terminal to the ground of the power supply. The input signal is processed by a broadband preamplifier on the magnetic field side of the isolation barrier. After amplification, the input signal is truncated by a dedicated chopping circuit. Isolation is achieved through transformer coupling, again using proprietary technology to suppress common-mode spikes or noise transmission. The HJ5B40B isolated amplifier provides an analog input channel that amplifies, isolates the input signal, converting it into a high-level analog voltage output controlled by logic switches allowing module sharing on an analog bus without needing external multiplexers. The module's input, output, and power supply terminals are completely isolated. Output control is managed via enable terminal; if output is needed connect enable terminal to ground of power supply. Input signals are processed through a broadband preamplifier on one side of isolation barrier's magnetic field before being amplified then truncated by dedicated chopping circuit for isolation achieved through transformer coupling while using proprietary technology again to suppress common-mode spikes or noise transmission.
