HJ1550 is a directly coupled common emitter-common base series integrated circuit, suitable for use as a signal amplifier in communication systems. This circuit features an AGC terminal, operates on a single power supply, and has characteristics such as high power gain (30 dB), wide frequency band, strong automatic gain control capability, and constant input impedance across the entire AGC range, making it convenient to use. HJ1550 can be used for video amplification, intermediate frequency amplification, radio frequency amplification, as well as oscillators and amplitude modulators. Its electrical performance and pin arrangement are consistent with MC1550, allowing it to be a plug-and-play replacement for MC1550.
