HJ6172 is a dual high-speed voltage feedback amplifier. It features excellent DC and AC unit gain stability, a 100MHz unit gain bandwidth, a 3000V/μs slew rate, an output current of 50mA, and low static current (2.3mA per op-amp). HJ6172 has a wide power supply voltage range of ±5 to ±15V, making it suitable for systems that require large output voltage amplitudes as well as low-voltage environments such as mobile TVs. HJ6172 is a high-performance dual operational amplifier that can be widely used in pulse amplifiers, peak detectors, I/V converters, video amplifiers, ADSL/HDSL drivers, ADC/DAC buffers, etc. The pin arrangement and performance parameters of HJ6172 are the same as those of LM6172 and can be interchanged. HJ6172 uses an F08-06 ceramic flat package to improve device reliability and reduce size, making it more suitable for military electronic equipment.
