HJ22A single-channel optocoupler
HJ22A is a fully sealed single-channel optocoupler circuit. It consists of a CaAsP light-emitting diode and a high-gain NPN phototransistor, featuring compatibility with TTL circuits for input, an output transistor with a breakdown voltage greater than 35V, an insulation resistance between input and output greater than 10¹⁰Ω, and a high current transfer ratio. The operating temperature range is -55 to +125℃.
