HJ187 is a fully sealed single-channel optocoupler circuit. It consists of a CaAsP light-emitting diode and an optically coupled NPN composite phototransistor, featuring compatibility with TTL circuits for input, an output transistor with a breakdown voltage greater than 40V, an insulation resistance between input and output greater than 10¹⁰Ω, and a high current transfer ratio. It uses a CSOP04-01 ceramic label package and operates within a temperature range of -55 to +125℃. It can replace TLP187 and is fully domestically produced.
