HJ4306 is a three-phase MOSFET bridge pulse driver that uses an improved thick film integration process technology. It integrates various functions such as intelligent integrated gate drive control, protection circuits, and three-phase MOSFET bridges into one unit. It has a high motor power supply voltage of over 100V and a current output capability of 2A, avoiding the occurrence of the 'purple spot' effect at high temperatures. Comprehensive protection features include overcurrent and undervoltage lockout protection, as well as an external unlocking function. The device uses electrically isolated metal fully sealed packaging, which has very low thermal resistance, allowing for direct mounting on heat sinks without the need for insulating pads.
