HJ2803J/HJ2804J is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array composed of eight common-emitter Darlington transistors. Each channel has a rated current of 500mA and can withstand a peak current of 600mA. It is equipped with a flyback diode and can drive inductive loads. This device is versatile and can be used to drive relays, DC motors, LED displays, incandescent lamps, thermal print heads, and high-power buffers.
