HJ28B20 is a high-precision single-bus temperature measurement circuit, with a temperature sensor measurement range of -55℃ to +125℃. According to user needs, the digital conversion accuracy and temperature measurement speed can be set through configuration registers. The circuit has a built-in 4-byte non-volatile storage unit for user use, with 2 bytes reserved for saving user-defined information. The maximum error is ±0.5℃ in the range of -10℃ to +85℃, and ±1℃ across the full temperature range. Users can choose between power supply modes and parasitic power supply modes. The single-bus interface allows multiple devices to be connected on the same bus, making HJ28B20 very convenient for deploying distributed temperature acquisition systems.
