The HJ8051/HJ8052/HJ8054 series are high‑speed operational amplifiers featuring rail‑to‑rail output, low cost, and high speed. Although they are voltage‑feedback op amps, they also offer the wide bandwidth and high slew rate characteristic of current‑feedback amplifiers. In addition, they provide an exceptionally wide common‑mode input voltage range and output swing, enabling operation from a single supply as low as 2.5 V. With outstanding overall performance, they deliver up to 250 MHz of bandwidth at a gain of +1 and 37 MHz of bandwidth at a gain of +2, with a gain flatness of ±0.1 dB. They are typical low‑power op amps, drawing only 2.3 mA per channel. Their low distortion and fast settling characteristics make them an ideal buffer stage for high‑speed A/D or D/A converters.
The main features are:
Rail-to-rail output: Vos typical value is 2 mV.
High-speed: Bandwidth 250 MHz, −3 dB (gain G = +1)
Slew Rate: 150 V/µs
Input voltage range: -0.2 V to +3.8 V (Vs = 5 V)
The operating voltage is: +2.5V to +5.5V
Low Power Consumption: Typical supply current of 2.3 mA (per unit)
