The HJ213‑4 series comprises fully sealed, four‑channel optocoupler circuits. Each channel consists of a GaAsP light‑emitting diode and an optically coupled NPN composite phototransistor, featuring input compatibility with TTL circuits, an output transistor with a breakdown voltage exceeding 40 V, an input–output isolation resistance greater than 10 Ω, and a relatively high current transfer ratio.
