HJ3860 Eight-Channel Sixteen-Bit Differential-Input AD Acquisition System
HJ3860 is a fully domestically produced, high‑temperature (−55°C to +175°C) application‑oriented A/D acquisition system featuring eight channels and 16‑bit differential inputs. It is implemented using a thick‑film integrated circuit process that complies with the internal control requirements of GJB2438B‑2007. The device comprises input clamps, a second‑order anti‑aliasing analog filter, a sample‑and‑hold circuit, a 16‑bit charge‑redistribution successive‑approximation ADC, a programmable digital filter, a high‑speed parallel interface, a precision reference source, a low‑dropout regulator, an integrated system processor (ISP), drivers, memory, and other components. Communication with a host computer can be established via UART, CAN bus, or other interfaces, enabling users to rapidly acquire (at rates up to 200 ksps) and process analog signals under test. The device supports online, non‑intrusive programming, allowing users to leverage its 64 kB flash memory to define custom functionality and implement temperature‑compensation corrections. This circuit is particularly well suited for synchronous high‑speed data acquisition applications such as rotary steerable drilling in oilfield operations, inclinometers, inertial navigation systems for aircraft, and multiphase motor control.
