HJ710

The HJ710 is a single-channel, fully sealed high-speed optocoupler circuit. It consists of a GaAsP light-emitting diode coupled with a photosensitive amplification circuit. The photosensitive output stage features a comparator amplifier and a Schottky‑clamped, saturation‑resistant open-collector output, giving the circuit high current transfer ratio and fast switching speed.
